Compact site wording: Scientific review pending. No scientific external review has begun.
Public review
Audit the evidence and reasoning
If you find a source error, classification problem, unsupported inference, missing evidence, or better analysis, identify the exact claim and show the relevant evidence.
Critiques may address the evidence, method, source selection, reasoning, or whether the motivating worldview affected the question or analysis.
Scientific External Review — Reviewer recruitment in progress · Interpretation & Meaning External Review — Specialist review underway
Independent human specialist review has begun on selected biblical, hermeneutical, and theological statements. Broader review remains in progress.
Museum-experience, editorial, technical, and AI-assisted evaluations do not count as independent external human review.
Mark Shlapobersky, PhD, retains responsibility for the published content while external review remains pending.
Known limitations
What the current preview cannot support.
- Only one ancestry boundary case—whale origins—has been completed.
- The Framework v2.1 whale transformation and Temporal Adequacy assessments are still in progress.
- The literature set is targeted, not a systematic review with a published protocol.
- The independent-origins model lacks a global lineage map, origin mechanism and quantitative generative model.
- Independent external human review has begun in the Interpretation & Meaning track. Broader scientific external review remains pending.
- The Project is founder-led, so source selection, framing, and interpretation remain potential sources of bias even with public methods and disclosures.
Contact & Corrections protocol
Make criticism specific enough to inspect.
Corrections should identify a page or claim ID, quote the wording, classify the problem, and provide a source or rationale. Substantive corrections are logged and evaluated rather than silently replacing conclusions.
Recorded outcomes are: no correction, minor correction, substantive revision, or unresolved/disputed.
Official submission channel: contact@biologicaloriginsproject.org
Use this project-controlled domain-based address for factual corrections, source-based criticism, methodological concerns, missing evidence, and substantive challenges. The template below may be copied into an email; it is a drafting aid, not a separate submission channel.

Meaning of external review
Critical evaluation, not endorsement.
External review asks qualified independent specialists to identify errors, omissions, weaknesses, and alternative interpretations. Participation does not imply agreement with the Project, and a completed review would not by itself constitute endorsement.
Change history
Scientific and editorial changes.
- 21 August 2026 · targeted pre-publication correction
- Prediction gating · chronology consistency · ledger metadataCorrected the Framework v2.1 public architecture and validation record without changing the preserved scientific claims or whale ancestry conclusion.
- Framework v2.1 · current migration
- Three layers · Temporal Adequacy · Ledger v2.1Added the public Ancestry, Major Changes, How We Test, Investigations, and Bible & Creation architecture; separated the whale ancestry result from incomplete transformation and temporal assessments; preserved all nine ledger entries.
- 16 August 2026
- Framework v1.0 · Ledger v1.0Reframed the site around explicit ancestry-model predictions; separated UCA from LUCA; rebuilt the whale case; disclosed absent external review and governance gaps.
Technical implementation log.
- 28 August 2026 · Phase 3B visual-system propagation
- Three page archetypes · modular styles · reusable research interfacesApplied the Version 38 institutional visual language across the Site while preserving the approved Museum Entrance, Ancestry exhibit, Whale Evidence Lab, scientific claims, nine Evidence Ledger records, assessment states, and review status.
- 22 August 2026 · Hybrid F desktop portal repair
- Integrated museum hero · full-window hotspots · contextual depth overlayReduced the separate desktop title footprint, made the architectural exhibit windows the interactive navigation surface, and preserved the Version 18 mobile museum walk and scientific architecture.
- 22 August 2026 · Hybrid F entrance prototype
- Seven semantic galleries · mobile museum walk · ancestry exhibit relocated intactReframed the unpublished homepage as a broad biological-origins museum entrance; added Diversity and Scientific Audit hubs; preserved scientific standing, the complete Evidence Ledger, the whale investigation, and Framework v2.1.
- 21 August 2026 · signature artwork framing correction
- Contain-only rendering · complete 3:2 compositionCorrected the signature-image frame so the original Version 10 artwork remains fully visible at desktop, tablet, and mobile sizes without changing the asset or any scientific content.
- 21 August 2026 · signature identity restoration
- Exact Version 10 hero asset · Version 12 explorer preservedRestored the original one-tree-versus-multiple-lineages illustration as the primary hero anchor and placed the interactive tree immediately below without changing scientific claims, conclusions, evidence, or safeguards.
- 21 August 2026 · museum-level public experience
- Interactive phylogeny · evidence exhibits · whale journey · accessible visual storytellingConverted the public journey into an evidence-led museum experience while preserving the scientific conclusions, source-linked ledger, prediction safeguards, and in-progress transformation and Temporal Adequacy assessments.
Future entries must include date, version, affected pages or claim IDs, reason, and whether case conclusions changed.
